NEW DELHI: Tata Consumer Products Limited (TPCL) is set to acquire Bisleri International, the Economic Times reported on Thursday, citing the president of the bottled water maker. ramesh chauhan.
The deal is estimated to be somewhere in the range of Rs 6,000 crore to Rs 7,000 crore, according to the report.
Talks have been underway between the two companies about an acquisition deal for quite some time. In September, PTI had quoted a source as saying the deal was in a preliminary stage.
